Today, Sumer is building a business vision that extends beyond Dubai’s competitive real estate market. His ambitions include developing the Adhana Group across multiple industries and creating a global ecosystem focused on four essential aspects of life: Health, Wealth, Happiness, and Wisdom.
However, his journey has not followed a traditional path. From working in hospitality at one of the world’s most iconic buildings to establishing his own real estate company, Sumer’s experiences reflect the power of continuous learning, meaningful relationships, and the courage to pursue bigger dreams.
Starting From the 122nd Floor of Burj Khalifa
When Sumer moved to Dubai in 2018, he did not have a clear picture of where his professional journey would lead.
His first opportunity came in hospitality at Atmosphere Restaurant, located on the 122nd floor of Burj Khalifa.
Working in such a prestigious environment introduced him to international service standards, different cultures, and the importance of maintaining professionalism under pressure.
For Sumer, hospitality became more than an early career experience. It provided valuable lessons in communication, discipline, understanding people, and delivering exceptional experiences.
Growing up with an Army family background had already introduced him to responsibility and resilience. His professional experience in Dubai strengthened those qualities and prepared him for challenges he had yet to encounter.
Although he was working inside one of the world’s tallest buildings, his personal ambitions were only beginning to take shape.
The Career Decision That Changed Everything
In 2021, Sumer made a significant decision to leave hospitality and enter Dubai’s real estate industry.
He joined Newport Homes, where he began understanding property investments, off-plan developments, client expectations, and the opportunities within Dubai’s expanding property market.
Moving into a completely different industry required patience, adaptability, and a willingness to start learning again.
Rather than expecting immediate success, Sumer focused on understanding the business and developing relationships with clients and industry professionals.
He later joined Provident Real Estate, where he continued strengthening his market knowledge and professional network.
These experiences gradually shaped his understanding of what clients value most when making property decisions.
For Sumer, real estate was becoming more than a career. It was an opportunity to create value, build trust, and eventually establish something of his own.
Sumer Singh Adhana Building Adhana Properties With Purpose
October 2024 marked an important turning point when Sumer founded Adhana Properties.
After years of learning from established companies and navigating the challenges of the property industry, he decided to take responsibility for his own entrepreneurial future.
As CEO, Sumer aims to position Adhana Properties around transparency, strategic thinking, trustworthy relationships, and long-term investment value.
His ambition is not simply to participate in Dubai’s real estate market but to develop a company where professional relationships and responsible decision-making remain central.
Starting a business also brought new responsibilities. Leadership required him to think beyond personal performance and consider the future of the organisation, its clients, and its wider impact.
Adhana Properties represents the first major step in his broader vision of developing the Adhana Group across multiple industries.
Recognition That Strengthened His Entrepreneurial Journey
Sumer’s professional development has also brought industry recognition.
In 2024, he received the Rising Star in Real Estate recognition at the Ultimate Realty Awards by NDTV.
That same year, he was recognised with the Rising Visionary of Real Estate Excellence Award at the EurAsia Gulf Excellence Awards.
He also received recognition for Excellence in the Field of Luxury Properties in Dubai at the International Visionaries Summit and Awards 2024.
For Sumer, these honours represent encouragement to continue improving rather than a final measure of achievement.
His earlier experiences in sports also played an important role in developing his competitive mindset. He participated in two national-level basketball competitions and the Delhi Horse Show, experiences that strengthened his discipline, perseverance, and appreciation for teamwork.
The Super 30 Mentors Behind His Personal Growth
One of the most distinctive aspects of Sumer’s journey is his approach to mentorship.
He has developed a personal circle of 30 mentors, whom he calls his Super 30.
These individuals offer guidance, different perspectives, and practical wisdom that help him navigate business decisions and personal development.
Sumer believes that learning from experienced people can provide clarity that individual effort alone may not always deliver.
His philosophy can be captured in one powerful statement.
“Life is a game to be played, and the key is to learn its rules.”
This belief influences how he approaches opportunities, challenges, and relationships.
Rather than seeing success as a destination, he considers life an ongoing process of learning, understanding, and making better decisions.
Why Bringing His Parents to Dubai Meant Everything
Despite his professional accomplishments, one of Sumer’s proudest moments had little to do with business.
During a period when he was living in Burj Khalifa for 100 days, he arranged for his parents to visit Dubai and experience part of the life he had created.
For someone who arrived in the city years earlier with uncertain prospects, sharing that experience with his family carried deep emotional meaning.
It represented gratitude for their sacrifices, appreciation for their support, and the satisfaction of giving something meaningful back.
Sumer considers this personal milestone among the greatest achievements of his life.
His perspective offers an important reminder that professional success becomes even more valuable when it creates happiness for the people who matter most.
Rise of 4% Club and the Golden Mountain Vision
Sumer’s ambitions now extend beyond property investment and conventional entrepreneurship.
Through the Rise of 4% Club, he envisions helping individuals discover their potential, identify meaningful goals, and develop a stronger sense of purpose.
The initiative centres on his 4C Formula: Clarity, Connection, Contribution, and Consciousness.
He imagines personal growth as climbing a golden mountain, where every individual follows a different path towards achievement and self-discovery.
The symbolism is particularly meaningful to him because he associates the name Sumer with the idea of a golden mountain.
His broader ambition is to create a community where mentorship, personal development, and meaningful connections help people achieve more fulfilling lives.
Vision 2047 and the Dream of Global Impact
Looking ahead, Sumer is developing an ambitious long-term concept under Vision 2047.
At its centre is the proposed Adhana Holding ecosystem, organised around Health, Wealth, Happiness, and Wisdom.
He envisions Dubai serving as the headquarters for a network that could eventually extend to 30 cities across India and another 30 international cities.
Inspired by his Super 30 mentorship philosophy, the ecosystem would connect leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking personal growth.
Beyond business expansion, Sumer also values community engagement, including initiatives and workshops that recognise and empower blue-collar workers.
For him, meaningful leadership involves creating opportunities for others rather than measuring progress solely through financial success.
His long-term goal is to build an ecosystem capable of improving lives across generations.
A Legacy Defined by Growth and Contribution
From arriving in Dubai in 2018 to founding Adhana Properties and imagining an international network of opportunity, Sumer’s journey demonstrates how ambitions can evolve through experience.
He continues to see himself as a student of life, guided by mentors, strengthened by family values, and motivated by the possibility of making a positive difference.
While his business aspirations remain ambitious, his underlying philosophy is straightforward: keep learning, build meaningful relationships, and use personal progress to create opportunities for others.
For Sumer, the ultimate achievement will not simply be the number of companies he establishes or the recognition he receives.
It will be the people he empowers, the lives he influences, and the legacy he leaves behind.
His story is a reminder that success is not only about reaching the top of one’s own mountain, but also about helping others discover the strength to climb theirs.
