According to a family story, he sold his first Persian rug when he was just three years old. He pulled the rug from his bedroom and offered it to a guest. His father eventually completed the transaction, but the story has remained symbolic of something that would become central to Console’s life: the instinct to understand opportunity and make a connection with another person.
By seventeen, that instinct had become a profession. Console began selling encyclopedias, going door to door with a paper map and learning the streets of the city by memory. It was an old fashioned form of sales, but it gave him a lesson that would stay with him for decades.
For Console, selling was never simply about convincing someone to buy something. It was about understanding the person standing in front of him.
That principle would eventually become the foundation of an international career.
Why Dubai Became the Right Place to Build
After working across different countries and industries, Console found an environment that matched his ambition in the United Arab Emirates.
Dubai’s property sector has developed into one of the world’s most closely watched real estate markets, attracting investors, entrepreneurs and families from across the globe. In 2025, Dubai recorded more than 270,000 real estate transactions worth AED 917 billion, while the number of investors reached about 193,100. The first quarter of 2026 also delivered strong momentum, with real estate transactions reaching AED 252 billion in value.
For a professional who thrives on movement, competition and international relationships, Dubai offers a natural setting.
Console describes the city as a place where ambition is visible everywhere and reputation matters enormously. His approach to the market is therefore not built around simply selling properties. It is about advising clients, understanding investment goals and creating relationships that continue beyond a single transaction.
Today, real estate remains the professional ground where he feels most at home.
A Career Built Through Reinvention
What makes Console’s journey particularly interesting is not only what he has achieved, but how often he has had to begin again.
He has worked across different industries and countries, building businesses and entering unfamiliar environments. One of his notable achievements was creating a communication company in Eastern Europe that grew to more than 300 people.
He also established a call center inside a prison, a project that reflected his belief that ability can exist in unexpected places when people are given an opportunity.
His professional experience has also extended beyond business. He has represented Italy abroad through one of the world’s largest associations of Italian industrialists, adding another dimension to a career that has never followed a single straight path.
Each chapter appears to have reinforced the same lesson: starting from zero is not necessarily a disadvantage.
For Console, it is a skill.
Every new beginning demands the ability to learn quickly, understand people and rebuild confidence. Having experienced that process several times, he believes each restart has made him faster, sharper and more prepared for the next challenge.
Real Estate Remains at the Center
Despite his entrepreneurial history, Console has no intention of stepping away from real estate.
His current focus remains firmly connected to clients, his team and transactions. He sees property as more than an industry. It is an environment where trust, timing, knowledge and relationships directly influence results.
His reputation in Dubai has also become an important part of that journey. Console says he was recruited by his current company in a way more commonly associated with professional sport, with a transfer fee paid to acquire his services.
For him, the significance goes beyond the novelty of the arrangement. It represents recognition of the value he had built through years of professional experience.
Yet Console’s ambitions extend beyond personal performance.
He increasingly wants to create systems that can continue functioning without him.
That idea is at the heart of his next major venture.
EasyWill and the Idea of Protecting What People Build
Dubai has become a place where people arrive to build wealth, purchase property, establish companies and create new lives. Console believes there is another side to that success that receives far less attention.
What happens to those assets when their owner is no longer there to manage them?
That question led to EasyWill, a digital platform focused on simplifying the process of creating and registering a Will in the UAE.
The platform combines technology, AI and legal support to guide users through the process digitally. Its approach is designed to reduce the complexity traditionally associated with estate planning by allowing users to provide information online, review a Will and receive support through the legal validation and registration process.
The idea is especially relevant in a market with a large international population and significant cross border wealth.
Console’s ambition is not simply to launch another service. He sees EasyWill as an attempt to establish a new category in the UAE’s LegalTech landscape and eventually expand the model across the Gulf and beyond.
The thinking is simple but powerful. Building wealth is only one part of financial responsibility. Creating a structure for that wealth to move safely to the next generation is another.
Technology With a Human Purpose
EasyWill also reflects a broader change in Console’s thinking.
Real estate taught him how people make decisions about their money. Entrepreneurship taught him how to build systems. Technology now gives him the opportunity to combine those lessons into a scalable model.
The platform uses AI to guide users through key stages while legal processes remain an essential part of the journey. This combination is aimed at making an often intimidating subject easier to approach.
For Console, innovation is meaningful only when it solves a real problem.
That philosophy is important because technology alone does not create trust. In areas involving family, property and inheritance, people still need clarity and confidence.
His challenge is therefore not simply to make Will registration digital. It is to make the entire experience easier to understand.
The Legacy Behind the Ambition
There is another side to Console’s story that is less visible in professional achievements.
He speaks about his family with a different kind of pride. After years of building businesses, closing deals and moving between countries, he considers his wife and young son among his greatest achievements.
His son is only two years old, yet Console already jokes that he has inherited the ability to sell himself better than his father ever did.
That family perspective also explains why legacy has become such an important idea in his work.
The motivation behind EasyWill is ultimately connected to a question larger than business. What remains when the entrepreneur is no longer in the room?
Console wants his companies and systems to have an answer.
A Book, a Business and a Bigger Question
His ambitions do not end with real estate or EasyWill.
Console is also working on a scientific book exploring human evolution, a personal project that has required extensive independent research despite his lack of formal academic background in the field.
It is an unusual pursuit for someone operating in real estate and entrepreneurship, but perhaps that is exactly what makes it consistent with his character.
Curiosity has always been part of his journey.
Whether studying a property market, developing a business model or researching human evolution, Console appears motivated by the same desire to understand how things work and then question whether they can work better.
Alessandro Console Building Something That Outlives the Builder
Alessandro’s journey is ultimately less about a list of achievements and more about an evolving definition of success.
The child who instinctively tried to sell a Persian rug became a teenage door to door salesman, then an entrepreneur, business builder, international representative and real estate professional.
Now, in Dubai, he is attempting something different.
He wants to build systems capable of continuing without him.
Real estate remains his foundation, but EasyWill represents his broader ambition to create something that can influence an industry and eventually become larger than its founder.
For Console, success is not simply measured by how many deals he closes or how many businesses he builds.
The real measure is what remains afterward.
And that may be the most interesting chapter of his story yet.
