Mohammad studied Software Engineering at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, where he developed an early interest in the way technology can transform ideas into practical solutions.

His first professional experiences gave him an opportunity to understand how software works outside the classroom. His training at Yarmouk Water Company exposed him to real working environments, software development, and database driven systems.

A major stage in his professional development came through Orange Coding Academy. More than 900 hours of intensive training helped him strengthen his full stack development abilities while also teaching him lessons that went beyond programming.

Working on projects, collaborating with teams, following Agile practices, and taking responsibilities such as Scrum Master and Product Owner helped Mohammad understand how ideas move from planning to execution.

That experience shaped an important part of his personality as a professional. He was not only learning how to write code. He was learning how to solve problems, communicate, manage pressure, understand different perspectives, and turn an idea into something useful.

His technical experience today includes technologies such as Angular, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and SQL, alongside a growing portfolio of digital projects.

When Technology Became the Beginning, Not the Destination

For many software engineers, the natural path is to remain within the technology sector. Mohammad, however, began to see technology differently.

It became a foundation that could support other ambitions.

As his professional experience grew, so did his interest in entrepreneurship, media, community development, youth participation, and Jordanian heritage. Instead of treating these interests as separate worlds, he began looking for ways to connect them.

That shift is central to understanding his journey.

His decision to run for Youth Council 21 in Irbid’s Second District became an important experience in this regard. Receiving 2,163 votes gave him direct exposure to public trust and responsibility while allowing him to listen more closely to the priorities of young people.

His involvement has also included engagement around youth needs and development priorities in Al-Mazar Al-Shamali.

For Mohammad, community development begins by listening.

A Journey Built Through Many Different Experiences

Looking at Mohammad’s career from the outside, it may seem that software development, entrepreneurship, heritage documentation, media, and youth engagement belong to completely different fields.

For him, however, they are connected.

Software taught him structured thinking.

Entrepreneurship taught him to work with uncertainty.

Community work taught him the importance of listening.

Youth engagement showed him the value of giving people a platform.

With Documenting the Jordanian Narrative, he hopes to create something lasting that preserves Jordan’s stories, people, places, achievements, and cultural memory.

His community ambitions remain equally important.

He wants to see communities such as Al-Mazar Al-Shamali become places where young people can create opportunities instead of feeling that leaving home is the only way to find them.

Building Something That Lasts

Mohammad Alshorman’s journey is still developing, but its direction is becoming clear.

It began with learning how to build software. It expanded into learning how to build projects, businesses, initiatives, relationships, and opportunities.

What makes his story interesting is not simply the number of roles he has taken on. It is the connection between them.
