Redefining Influence Through Business And Purpose
In today’s business world, influence is no longer limited to television screens, newspaper pages or traditional advertising. It has moved into social media feeds, online communities, personal brands and digital conversations. But while many people can attract attention, very few know how to turn that attention into meaningful business value.

- Influence With A Purpose
Reham Makhlouf has built her career around doing exactly that.
Her story is not simply about becoming an entrepreneur or building a marketing company. It is about moving across different industries, learning from every experience and eventually bringing finance, communication, media, leadership and creativity together under one vision.
As Co Founder and CEO of We Influence It, Reham has become part of a new generation of Arab business leaders working to change how brands understand influence. Her approach goes beyond promoting products. It focuses on understanding people, creating meaningful communication and developing campaigns that can deliver measurable results.
A Career Built Through Reinvention
Reham’s professional journey did not begin in marketing.
After graduating with honors in Banking Management from the Hashemite University, she continued her education with a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Jordan. Her early career took her into the banking sector, where she spent seven years at Housing Bank for Trade and Finance.
Working in corporate relationship management and credit risk gave her something that would later become valuable in entrepreneurship: an understanding of how businesses make decisions.
Banking taught her discipline, analysis and responsibility. It also exposed her to the importance of relationships in business.
But eventually, Reham began to feel that her ambitions extended beyond financial institutions.
In 2015, she entered the world of entrepreneurship through the QI Group. The experience placed her closer to business development, leadership training and personal growth. She also began mentoring young entrepreneurs, helping them understand sales, communication and the mindset required to build a business.
This period became an important bridge between her financial background and the people focused leadership style that would later define her career.
From Business Strategy To The Television Screen
Reham’s professional identity expanded again when she entered television.
In 2018, she began working as a producer and television presenter for UR Iraqi TV. Her program Ana Wa Anti explored topics connected to women, entrepreneurship, family development and inspiring personal stories across the region.
Television gave Reham a different kind of education.
Instead of communicating with clients or business teams, she was now communicating with audiences.
She learned how stories work, how people respond to different messages and how powerful authentic conversations can be. Her experience in front of and behind the camera strengthened her ability to connect business ideas with human experiences.
That combination would later become one of her strongest advantages in marketing.
In 2025, her media journey continued to develop through television work on Jordan TV, the official television channel of Jordan, focusing on educational and discussion-based subjects. Through these experiences, she became increasingly comfortable discussing economic, social, cultural, and developmental issues.
The Idea Behind We Influence It
In 2022, Reham and her brother Deyaa Makhlouf took another major step by co founding We Influence It.
The company emerged at a time when influencer marketing was rapidly changing the relationship between brands and audiences.
For Reham, however, influencers were never simply advertising channels.
The bigger opportunity was to create a structured business ecosystem where brands, creators and audiences could connect through strategy, creativity and measurable performance.
That philosophy helped shape We Influence It into an integrated marketing company offering services across influencer marketing, strategic communication, branding, content production, advertising, public relations and digital transformation.
The company has worked across Jordan and the wider Gulf region, creating opportunities for brands to collaborate with digital creators from different markets.
Recent activity surrounding the company also reflects its continued focus on building a wider creative team and expanding its capabilities across branding, digital campaigns, content and marketing strategy.
Seeing Influence As A Business Discipline
The influencer economy is often associated with popularity and follower numbers.
Reham’s approach looks at something deeper.
Influence, in her view, can become powerful when creativity is supported by strategy and when communication is built around an understanding of human behavior.
This perspective is important in a market where brands are increasingly searching for authenticity.
Consumers are more aware of advertising than ever before. They can recognize scripted promotions, repetitive campaigns and messages that do not feel genuine.
That is why creators who have built trust with their communities can play an important role in modern marketing.
Reham’s work focuses on helping businesses understand this relationship and use influence as part of a broader marketing strategy rather than treating it as a standalone promotional tactic.
Leadership That Starts With People
While entrepreneurship remains a major part of Reham’s identity, training and mentorship have also played a significant role in her career.
As a soft skills trainer, she has delivered programs covering leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, presentation, sales, personal branding and entrepreneurship.
Her training experience has included corporate employees, entrepreneurs, young professionals and leadership initiatives.
More recently, she participated as a trainer at the Vivid Leadership conference organized by AIESEC in Jordan, where she delivered a workshop on sales and negotiation to university students. The event brought together hundreds of participants, giving Reham another opportunity to work directly with young people and encourage them to develop practical skills.
For Reham, training is not simply about teaching professional techniques.
It is about helping people become more confident in communicating, negotiating and presenting their ideas.
That belief reflects a broader theme throughout her career. She has repeatedly moved toward opportunities where knowledge can be shared rather than kept within the boundaries of one organization.
A Voice For Women And Young Entrepreneurs
Reham’s public work has also given her a platform to support women’s participation in business and society.
Her television career allowed her to highlight stories of women and entrepreneurs. Her training work has enabled her to mentor emerging professionals. Her community involvement has connected her with youth initiatives and organizations focused on development and empowerment.
She has also held leadership responsibilities within organizations supporting women and young people.
These experiences have helped shape her understanding of leadership as something that carries responsibility beyond financial performance.
For Reham, building a successful company and creating opportunities for others can exist together.
That is perhaps one of the most distinctive aspects of her professional journey.
Recognition Beyond The Business World
Her work has also received recognition outside the commercial space.
In 2023, Reham was honored in Paris through the SAFIR Programme, a United Nations funded initiative supporting young leaders and sustainable development across the Middle East and North Africa.
The recognition added another dimension to a career already spanning finance, entrepreneurship, media and marketing.
But perhaps more important than individual recognition is what the journey represents.
Reham has built her career by repeatedly stepping outside familiar territory.
She moved from banking to entrepreneurship.
From entrepreneurship to television.
From television to marketing and digital influence.
And alongside those professional transitions, she continued developing her role as a trainer, speaker and community advocate.
Reham Makhlouf Building What Comes Next
Today, Reham’s professional journey is still evolving.
We Influence It continues to position itself around integrated marketing solutions, while Reham remains active in business development, media, training and leadership conversations.
Her recent professional activities show that she is not limiting her attention to established business networks. She continues to engage with young people, creative professionals and emerging talent, reinforcing the idea that the future of business depends heavily on people who are willing to learn and adapt.
The next stage of her journey could therefore be about more than growing a marketing company.
It could be about helping shape a new understanding of influence in the Arab business landscape.
One where creators are treated as strategic partners, where brands communicate with greater purpose and where digital visibility is connected to genuine business value.
Influence With A Purpose
Reham Makhlouf’s story is ultimately a story of reinvention.
Her success did not come from following one predictable career path. It came from recognizing what each chapter could teach her and carrying those lessons into the next.
Finance gave her structure.
Entrepreneurship gave her courage.
Television gave her communication skills.
Training gave her a deeper understanding of people.
And marketing gave her a platform to bring all of these experiences together.
That combination has helped Reham build an identity that extends beyond the title of CEO.
She represents a modern form of leadership in which business growth, communication and social impact can exist side by side.
As digital influence continues to reshape industries across the Middle East, leaders like Reham are showing that the real opportunity is not simply to become visible.
It is to become valuable.
And for Reham Makhlouf, the ambition appears to be clear: build businesses that matter, create opportunities for others and turn influence into something that lasts.
