Anna began her professional journey at the age of 20 with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce representative office in Saint Petersburg. Her work involved supporting Spanish companies from different industries as they entered the Russian market.

It was an early introduction to international business, market development and the importance of understanding people and cultures before building commercial relationships. It also gave Anna valuable experience in communication, negotiation and working across different business environments.

At the same time, she entered the world of commercial real estate. By the age of 25, she had become Deputy Director of a development company, gaining experience in investment, negotiation, positioning and long-term business development.

She later founded GIA Priority, focusing on hotel and luxury real estate consulting and brokerage. Her career subsequently continued in luxury real estate with Engel and Völkers.

For Anna, real estate became more than a profession. It became an important foundation for understanding relationships, opportunities and the value created when different people and areas of expertise come together.

Those lessons would later become useful across very different creative and business projects.

When Business and Media Became Part of the Same Journey

While developing her business career, Anna also spent almost a decade leading a luxury lifestyle and business magazine.

Media allowed her to explore another side of the world she already knew through business. It gave her the opportunity to meet people, discover their stories and understand how ideas, personalities and projects can be communicated to a wider audience.

Rather than seeing media as separate from her business career, Anna allowed the two experiences to complement each other. Her understanding of business helped her recognize the substance behind a project, while media taught her how important storytelling and communication are in giving that project a voice.

Over time, this combination naturally opened the door to filmmaking.

Through A&K Production, Anna entered another creative chapter alongside her partner Kristina Kretova. Their work includes documentary films, interviews, short films and music videos.
